Plans are differentiated by dimensions such as number of nodes, networks, ACL capabilities, and exit nodes. Free (Basic ACL) is suitable for personal experience and feature evaluation; Standard (Full ACL, 1 exit node) for individual developers; Team (40 nodes, 25 sub-accounts, email/SMS alerts, 90-day audit logs, 99.9% SLA) for small and mid-sized teams; Enterprise (SSO, 99.95% SLA, 180-day audit logs) for large enterprises and organizations; Flagship (private deployment, dedicated support channel, quarterly health checks) for groups, government, and financial customers.

Annual billing is about 17% cheaper than monthly billing (annual payment is equivalent to 83% of monthly payment), and renewal locks in the price. Signing a 3-year contract gives an additional 17% off the annual price (approximately 69% of monthly payment); a 5-year contract gives 25% off (approximately 62% of monthly payment). Multi-year contracts lock in prices and hedge against future price adjustments.

A node refers to a device (PC, server, IoT, etc.) connected to the VirtuaMesh network. A network refers to a logically isolated virtual network (e.g., office network, R&D network, production network). One network can contain multiple nodes.

Basic ACL (Free) supports IP/port-based allow rules, up to 3 rules, with hit logging; Full ACL (Standard/Team) supports IP/port allow/deny rules, up to 50 rules, priority ordering, and hit logging; Advanced ACL (Enterprise) adds finer-grained control such as user/device identity, application-layer protocols, and rule template management; Enterprise-grade ACL (Flagship) includes all Advanced ACL capabilities plus unlimited rules, cross-network ACL orchestration, and dual-person change review.

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated charges for remaining days; downgrades take effect in the next billing cycle. Overpayments are non-refundable but can be converted to prepayment credits for future subscriptions.

Full refund within 7 days if unused; 70% refund for 7-30 days; 50% refund for 30-90 days; no refund after 90 days.

We provide official value-added tax (VAT) general invoices or special invoices. After subscription, you can apply in the management console. Electronic invoices are issued within 1 business day, and paper invoices are shipped within 5 business days.

Enterprise plan offers optional private deployment; Flagship plan includes it by default. The private version can integrate with existing security protection systems to meet organizational requirements for data localization and autonomous control.

Dedicated support channel: a priority queue separate from standard tickets (Flagship tickets always go first), a dedicated Slack/WeCom group (or designated email), a 4-hour response commitment, and direct escalation of critical issues to core maintainers. Quarterly health check: once per quarter, we check control plane health, DERP relay latency, and node online rates; review ACL/RBAC configurations; verify audit logs and off-site backups; and deliver a health check report with optimization recommendations.
